Judge Anna Seminerio-Culley’s term expires on December 31, 2028. This video demonstrates the urgency of this petition calling on the NYS legislative body to impeach and remove NYS Judge Anna Culley immediately because she will continue violating our laws until she is held accountable. There is a part in the video where John Shehas openly states that his next action is to go back to the Judge to “have her thrown out”, meaning he will keep going back to Judge Culley to obtain more fraudulent orders based on the original Fraud Upon the Court.

This video is the culmination of violations of law showing how Teamster John Shehas aka John Sheha, Gustas Sheha aka Gus Sheha, TARATSA LLC (acting as the Third Party Litigation Funder), Attorney Andreas Vasilatos and NYS Judge Anna Culley violated 18 USC 371 Conspiracy to defraud the United States by their actions and violations of federal and NYS laws, committing Fraud Upon the Court and Judge Anna Culley violating 18 USC 242 Color of Law Deprivation of Civil Rights by providing John Shehas with an illegal, invalid and unenforceable order to legitimize his theft of property of a $7 million estate, in other words taking part in the felony of Grand Larceny.

NYS Judge Anna Culley lied about a material fact in the trial over which she presided, stating that the property of 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 is the separate property of John Shehas aka John Sheha. This is refuted by the evidence of the LIFE ESTATE DEED of 191 State Street, Brooklyn, NY which was submitted as evidence during the trial and of public record on ACRIS, that clearly states that it is not the separate property of John Shehas. This misrepresentation of material fact makes all judgements and orders of Judge Anna Culley null and void in this matter as per our federal laws. "Fraud upon the court" has been defined by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals to "embrace that species of fraud which does, or attempts to, defile the court itself, or is a fraud perpetrated by officers of the court so that the judicial machinery can not perform in the usual manner its impartial task of adjudging cases that are presented for adjudication." Kenner v. C.I.R., 387 F.3d 689 (1968); 7 Moore's Federal Practice, 2d ed., p. 512, ¶ 60.23. The 7th Circuit further stated "a decision produced by fraud upon the court is not in essence a decision at all, and never becomes final."

The Judgements of Judge Anna Culley will never become final, they are void and unenforceable under federal law due to the Fraud Upon The Court. The violations of law of all those involved are numerous but include:
