I am also including the story of Margaret Besen to highlight the fact that these are not isolated cases, they are part of the systemic injustice, usually directed toward the litigant that has no way of protect themselves against it. That is what happened to Margaret Besen. Her husband, Stuart Besen, was helped by Judge William Kent. My husband, Teamster VP John Shehas aka John Sheha is being assisted by Judge Anna (Seminerio) Culley. Judge William J. Kent III died on February 17, 2019. Unless, Judge Anna Culley can be removed sooner, her term expires on December 31, 2028. So long as we have judges who are willing to violate our laws no one's rights are protected....not yours, not mine, not anyone's .
