The Short End of the Stick.

Once Again Staten Island is angry over getting the short end of the stick. A plan for a new Streetcar System between Brooklyn and Queens is already causing a stir on Staten Island. City Council Minority Leader Steven Matteo made this sentiment clear by stating "I'm pissed off that we are, once again, left out in the cold. We don't have a viable subway system or a direct subway link to Manhatten. Not to pit one borough against another, but If any borough should receive funding for real mass transit options it is Staten Island." - Steven Matteo City Council Minority Leader. If people want options, then we have to keep up the pressure to ensure an Expanded Staten Island Railway truly happens.
