Make Your Voice Heard for Staten Island!

The MTA is taking Comments regarding the proposed Program of Projects for the remainder of Federal Fiscal Year 2015 and for Federal Fiscal Year 2016 utilizing grant funds from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). These comments are due September 2nd, 2015. A Public Meeting will also be taking place that day in the MTA Headquarters Building at 2 Broadway in the William J. Ronan Board Room, 20th Floor New York, NY 10004 starting at 4:30pm. If you can make the meeting, please do try. The building itself is right across the Street from the 4 Train Bowling Green Station. If you can not make this meeting, an online commenting page has been posted (the link is at the end of this update comment). This is Your Chance To let the MTA Know that Staten Island is fed up with being fed the short end of the stick and that the time has come to expand and modernize the Staten Island Railway to meet our 21st Century needs.
