NEW PETITION here -- this time on generative AI. We are asking schools to STOP unleashing generative AI on students until / unless it's proven to be safe and effective for learning and development. Join our call for a regional PAUSE so that we can protect children, prevent de-skilling, and preserve critical thinking. Please follow THIS LINK to Four Norms (a coalition-building site inspired by the Four Norms put forward in Jonathan Haidt'sThe Anxious Generation) and SIGN the petition.
