Andhra Pradesh govt announces fixed deposit worth Rs 10 lakh for children orphaned by Pandemic

One more state announce their policy to support COVID Orphans. 

Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Reddy has said the government to make fixed deposit of Rs 10 Lakh in the accounts of those children who lost their parents due to the Covid-19.

A fixed deposit of Rs 10 lakh will be made in the name of the children after tying up with a bank. This will last until the child turns 25 years old. Every month, an interest of 5-6% to be given to the guardian of the child.
