Good Morning. I want to thank you all for your support and sharing of this petition in regard to Mike and his legacy in Boone County. Andy Beshear has signed senate joint resolution 139 including HJ12 into law which includes the designation of the proposed portion of Highway 18 for the Charlie Kirk Memorial Highway. However, I believe strongly in honoring Mike’s legacy and will be keeping this petition live for the state legislators to see what a valued member of the community he is and inspire the recognition he deserves.
