Thank you to everyone who has signed & shared this petition. We are continuing to gain signatures each day but our time is short as city council will be meeting in September to discuss this issue. Toronto & Hamilton have adopted bylaw amendments to support animals fostered in the home and that is all that we are asking Oshawa to do.
