Big, big news. I am truly ecstatic right now. I recently received word from Turq Daniels, Director of Operations at AU Dining, who informed me that after much deliberation, Lemongrass Chicken WILL BE BACK at AU in the Fall! This is a momentous occasion and I want to thank each and every one of you who signed the petition and believed in the cause - this was truly a grassroots movement. I appreciate all of the support, as this would not have been possible without our combined efforts. The administration heard us loud and clear.
