Well, it looks like I might get my wish of a 28th Amendment to the U.S Constitution. I just hope it includes all the guidelines that my amendment proposal includes. 

Please remember everyone, I am NOT trying to take away 2nd Amendment Rights, however, I am trying to prevent abuse of 2nd Amendment Rights which is something completely different. The 2nd Amendment clearly does not have enough loopholes, so I figured I would establish more. Just so that everyone knows, every guaranteed right and freedom in the United States Constitution has at least one loophole. Case in point, the 13th Amendment abolished slavery in the United States in 1865, however, people may be forced to do community service or work for free as punishment for crimes they have committed.
