Self explanatory. I need to reach 1,000 signatures on this petition before it is too late. The United States is experiencing way too many mass shootings to even list. I don't understand it. Why has the government not ratified a 28th Amendment to prevent repeated cases of gun violence? It's ridiculous! Enough is enough!
