So it’s fair to say it’s been a whirlwind three months and the support for the #HonestyAboutEditing campaign has been amazing. Thank you to all of you!
I do however want to keep momentum building so a quick ask, please share the campaign with your family, friends, colleagues & social media networks.
Every signature is a step in the right direction. This will broaden the network of potential supporters. The ripple effect can be quite amazing!

A quick update on some of the highlights and key supporters of the campaign who have been instrumental in amplifying the reach of the campaign:
- Blog posts have been published by a range of communities including Soul Analyse and We Are Twixt with more in the pipeline.
- A range of media attention for the campaign has been published in The Watford Observer, The Sunday Mirror & Social Work News.
- I‘ve had the fantastic opportunity to speak live with Kaysha Thomas, Matt Holman & Dr Marianne Trent, all of which are experts in their individual fields. They have helped to raise awareness of the campaign in their networks and continue to be key supporters.
- A number of podcasts are in the pipeline to be recorded shortly which will go into the details of why the campaign started, why it is so important and what I want to achieve to protect our young people’s mental health.
- Parliamentary support for the campaign from Dean Russell MP & Dr Luke Evans MP.
- I am working closely with a national eating disorder charity to create change and support young people as best we can. More to follow shortly!
If any of you have any suggestions to continue to grow the network of supporters of the campaign or if anyone would like to know more please do get in touch.
Thank you for all of your support so far!
