Haven't updated in a while but have some news. Our custody order was served to my daughters abuser on Wednesday and on Wednesday night he tried to contact her by facetime. We went to court downtown and filed for a violation of pfa which the judge approved. So a warrant we be issued for his arrest and he will be put in jail. We will have to have another hearing on this issue in a week or two and the preliminary was postponed by his people until Dec 20th.  I believe all these postponed hearings are meant to keep him out of jail as long as possible. Hoping that this latest screwup keeps him in jail so they stop filing continuences and we can get this over with.  Still very much appreciate all the support! Please keep sharing so no other family has to deal with the thought of an abuser having rights to a child.
