Benji is six months old today and the main reason I'm fighting for this change. If his father, my daughters abuser was allowed to take him while she was in the hospital we may never have seen him again as his father could have disappeared or even harmed him. This is what we are looking to fix. This is what signing this petition can do. This is how you and I can save an innocent child's life or someone you care about's life.
