Dear Supporters,
Ollie and Shannon are both in quarantine. The future for Shannon if allowed to stay in the communist country, is that although she is not married and not in an intimate partner relationship with Ollie's Father, she will be completely reliant upon him for all finance and accommodation. She is no longer entitled to Australian Benefits or medical support whilst overseas. This situation is not because she choses to be but because, not being a resident or citizen she is unable to work. (We are yet to know if her tourist visa will be extended past the 90 days, we will not know for a few months.)
In Australia she had rebuilt her life and her son was learning the importance of "mateship", witnessing first hand how our people work together to support each other, that women were valued, and that they were allowed an opinion.
Ollie will learn that freedom of speech is not allowed, and that women are not valuable. Because his mother is single, and he is a ward of the court, neither he nor his mother have a choice of where they live. He cannot chose what musical instrument he will play, what school he will go to. All these decisions are made by this communist court.
Remember Shannon was the sole custodial parent living on Australian Soil when the child was made a ward of this communist court.
Yet our Family Law Courts thought that this was reasonable. They instead of protecting the mother's human rights ordered she return, unable to plan or have a future. Unless she marries someone over there she will be reliant upon a man who did not consider it wrong to place his child in the hands of a communist country's court.
As said in our petition, the father did not even acquire rights at time of application and was well aware of what he was doing. He was fully represented.
Shannon has filed a high court application in Australia, and we will know in the next few days if they will hear her matter.
She does not have legal representation, although she has emailed out many requests, to Constitutional Barristers, Lawyers and Human Rights Lawyers. They will not even read her matter, because it was in the Family Law Courts.
The Australian Government does not give legal aid to women who are involved in "Hague Convention".
Please share this petition so we can reach 100,000 signatures to put before the New Attorney General and our New Prime Minister.
If everyone who voted in the last election cared about the future of our children and wanted to prevent future harm to vulnerable Australian Citizens, we could make a difference.
