Thank you everyone who has so far signed the petition, its making good progress with 33 supporters so far but I still have a long way to go to reach the first milestone of 100 supporters.
Since Amazon stopped me posting on their community page I have been reaching out to individuals who have made complaints via the same page. So far only one of those people has replied and we had a great talk last night quich really boosted my spirits and made me want to work even harder to see this thing through. This other person (whose name I won't mention for privacy reasons) has also been told that Amazon will investigate the issues they have raised and resolve their complaints but have failed to do so. This user was initially concerned that my attempt to reach them was part of some elaborate scam but after checking my profile they came to feel they were able to trust me. So far the number of views my petition has received far outweighs the number of those signing it so I want to know if there is anything I can do to make a better connection with potential supporters and make them realise that this goes beyond just one example of poor customer service but just highlights the general contempt Amazon UK seems to hold for its customers.
