This is a sewing project created by Abby Glassenberg to make felt taxidermy animal heads mounted on a board.

At a time when many animals are threatened with extinction and poaching is rampant and when wildlife is being captured and bred for canned hunts, this kit trivializes killing and hunting of animals for a trophy head.  It teaches children subliminally that animals are objects, not sentient beings, and it gives adult approval that hanging animals' heads, real or fabric, on the wall is a fun decoration.
