Amazon to change it's policies towards Authors and KENP reads

Amazon has long had a policy of acting with broad strokes on various issues with accounts that ends up hurting the innocent account holders. This is especially true when it comes to Authors and Kindle Unlimited.
The first week in April, many authors found that there KENP reads had been reduced by half to two thirds. Then a few days later they received a email that said Amazon had "detected reading or borrowing activity for your books originating from accounts attempting to manipulate Kindle services. These accounts might be related to a third-party marketing service you may have used."
It further went on to say that "You are responsible for ensuring that no tactics used to promote your books manipulate the Kindle publishing service and/or Kindle programs. Please note that future violations of our policies could result in account-level actions, up to and including termination of your KDP account."
Amazon basically refuses to pay what an author has earned, claiming that it was manipulated earnings, do not respond to inquiries about this, do not tell authors what proof they have or how to prevent it from happening again.
Amazon need to be transparent with authors when they accuse them of things like this, not send a email that has no contact information and when you do email them they refuse to comment.
Authors and readers can help by signing this and bringing it to the attention of news networks and talk shows. One author will not have much happen, but many voices will be heard
