Optimums internet service has been consistently horrible for the past couple of months and they don't seem to be doing anything about it. Calling customer service is no help at all. I have internet one day and none the next or I'll have for 5 minutes then none for 5 minutes and then it comes back for five minutes and it goes on and on. My bill is almost $100 every month and I pay it on time every time and my service is still terrible. They don't even give you a discount or a free month even though they know their services aren't working properly. I know I'm not the only person dealing with these issues so please sign this petition so they can get their shit fixed.
