3rd Update - Voice Message from the Parks Director

All Chi-ers.

I received a voice message from the Parks Director at 7:05 PM, saying that my permit will be approved. I'm not going to declared victory yet until the permit is actually in my hands.

I want to thank you all for the  support. We did this harmoniously using Tai Chi principles. Being soft, but firm. Connecting, adhering, listening & flowing with the person you are with.

Let's all thank the director. He exercised his utmost integrity in keeping his word to get back to me.

See you all in the park tomorrow.

Chi-ers,

Sifu Gary
