Thank you everyone for sharing and spreading this to show truly how bad it is and how much it matters. The main purpose for this petition was to spread awareness and to show the board how much people are truly against these useless policies. The next part of action is for students to show this to their parents and get them involved and for the parents that are already here thank you for your support. The key part to bring change is to go at the board and with parents involved anything is achievable. Everyone count as an important part towards bringing change at this district and without you change isn’t possible. So if you ever have a chance to get in a meeting with the board make sure to mention the unnecessary disciplinary action and the ridiculous policies that are instated. You would be surprised by the repercussions they take against any student who break any type of rule.
