2 weeks  ago I had an eventful  mtg with Wilton  city council!   They were very supportive  of me and I  must say Rosie and JJ  were well mannered participants.   the pictured letter was submitted on my behalf  to my apartment complex and I have been  told that it has been  sent to corporate office for review.   Unfortunately, no response  yet from corporate.   Thus my fur babies  are still confined to a leash.  It is frustrating!   Everyday , more than once a day, there is an entanglement.   And, because  I can't hold the leash and instead  have it attached to the  handle of my walker; I am forever being pulled against  my will when they see someone  or something they want to reach.  I miss the e collars!  I  had so much more control over them with a simple  beep or vibrate. I'm afraid  I'll need a new walker soon if ths keeps  up.  The constant tangle around my wheels axle is wearing.  This shouldn't  be  so difficult  for corporate  to see that their liability is greater if I  am injured on their property.  So, I look forward to the  day I can post a positive  update.  Until then, keep  sharing and with enough signatures this can become  a legal option for  all disabled person in Iowa.
