Thank you for the signatures!   62 so far and counting.  This picture shows  just one example  of the struggles of being disabled and attempting to  walk my babies  on a leash with  a walker.   You see, I  had a major  stroke when I was a single mom and only 28 years old.  I have a mobility  deficit  on my right side.  When I was young I  could  function without assistance.  Age has changed me. My  balance as well as propreoception requires  the assistance  of a walker  the majority of  time.  These things weren't  an issue  when I got my dogs JJ and Rosie!  I can't just give up my dogs because  of the change in my life.  Laws require  leashes!  With this petition I  hope to change  that law and have modern invisible leashes  recognized in the same way invisible  fences are.  You can help by sharing my petition and talking about it.  I hope to get enough signatures  to take to my representative in Iowa.
