The email I received with news to the deletion feature.

Thanks for writing in, and for sharing your feedback. We know that this is an issue that you and a lot of other players feel strongly about. We do too - we've wanted to add this feature for a long time.
The reason why we haven't added it yet is because we're a very small team. I know we've said this on the forum before when the issue has been raised, and that's because it really is true, and it really is why it hasn't happened yet. There are five people who work for Choice of Games. And there's no need for me to forward your email to another representative, because all five of us already see the emails that come in to this support address.
The people who work for Choice of Games also all have different skills, so only some of us are able to work on certain projects. There's really only one of us who has the ability to make the kinds of changes to our system that would allow deleting saves. (And it would be changing the system, not just adding a feature, as well as dealing with security concerns and various other complications. It's a complex thing to do, in ways that might not be visible from the outside.) He's the only person who has the ability to do a lot of different things at the company, including things that have to be done on a regular basis just to keep the company running. And for the whole history of the company, he's only been able to work for us part-time. (No one worked full-time for Choice of Games at the start, and there were even fewer people then - we've been growing and changing for our whole time as a company, and we still are.) So his time is taken up with things we absolutely need him to do for us to be able to keep releasing games. And deleting saves - as much as we know it matters to people, and as much as we really would like to add it ourselves - hasn't fallen into that category.
There have been some changes at the company recently that make us think he will be able to make deleting saves an option very soon. I don't have an exact timeline, but it's very much at the front of our minds right now. And I promise that when it's added, we'll be just as excited about it as you are.

To simplify; It sounds like they may have plans to implant a deletion feature, I would probably estimate 6-12 months personally, however, since there are no grantees, I'm leaving the petition up, and will slowly promote it still.
I have emailed them that I'm sure there would be some among us willing to help them implant the feature themselfs. (If anyone would like to confirm that over the forums linked in the main page, It might be helpful if we end up having/wanting to reiterate that point).
