I previously mentioned that the Leader Newspaper had shown interest in publicising our cause. Last weekend a few of us met with Murray Trembath from the Leader, and the story was published this week.

We are still a bit bogged down with the numbers on our petition. This is entirely understandable given the very local nature of this issue.

I'd urge you all to send this to one or more of your contacts and see if we can get to a point people will sit up and take notice.
