Annes Law is being debated and voted on in Parliament today and whilst it isn’t following the pledge that was in the SNP manifesto, it’s as close as we are going to get I feel. We will be involved in aiding the development of a code of practice and hope to strengthen #AnnesLaw here.

Care homes are a tangled web of rules and regulations, which I was oblivious to before this campaign. It’s been a long five years and at times I have wanted to walk away but I’m glad I stuck it out, and couldn’t have done so without Care Home Relatives Scotland.
