“Giving care home residents the right to see and spend time with those who are important to them”

The headline says it all! Why do they not already have these rights? Why is it because where the live they need to fight for these rights? Those living in the community don’t need a consultation for the right to see their family! 

The Scottish government have launched their consultation around Annes Law in the media today.
