This change.org petition has been lodged with the Scottish Parliament, you can find the details here -
Scottish Parliament Petitions Committee
While we understand not everyone who has signed this is from Scotland , we fully support the work across the UK on this matter and hope that if one nation makes a move then others will follow suit.
The petition is due to be discussed again on Wednesday 10th February.
If you are residing in Scotland we are asking for you to contact your 8 MSPs ( Find your MSP here) to back what the petition is asking for. In the same email you can explain your story, we need to make it clear that the guidance has not been implemented for everyone and is a postcode lottery.
If you can also highlight that it will be discussed on the 10th, and ask for them to submit questions to FMQs pending the outcome.
Ask everyone who used to visit your loved one in a care home to do the same, we need them to know we aren’t going anywhere.
Thank you for your support
