13th Floor is trying to build homes on the Carolina Club Golf Course in Margate, Florida! We need to remind our commissioners in Margate that we do not want to reduce the amount of green space in Margate, FL! We do not want more homes built that will cause more traffic in an already crowded and congested area. Construction will kill home values, instead of a nice golf course view we will be looking at homes, apartments, town homes, retail space etc.. 

We do not want more Traffic, We do not want over crowding in our already full schools, We do not want the land disrupted on the golf course and put pollution into our air and water! 

Please sign this and tell the City of Margate, FL and the Commissioners that we do not want them to rezone the golf course to allow 13th floor to build on the green space! t
