The National Weather Service says wind gusts are expected to reach 45 mph on Monday, leading to blowing snow. Wind chill values are expected to dip down to 30 below zero on Monday night and reach as low as 60 below zero from Tuesday night through Thursday.

Slippery roads and blowing snow could cause travel difficulties on Monday, the National Weather Service says. In addition, the dangerously low wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as five minutes on Tuesday and Wednesday.
