I'm 900% sure every Destiel shipper has read the infamous fanfiction "Twist and shout" I mean it's only the most popular fanfiction of the entire fandom, even the cast members have heard of the story, most of them have read and liked it. What I propose is that we allow this to become a film and with the help of Eric Kripke, being the creators of the characters him allowing the author, Gabriel, to use the actual characters' name so it's possible to make the best fanfiction of the fandom come to life. I also propose convincing actors such as Misha Collins, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Adrianne Palicki, etc. We just need them okay, it'll make money for the actors and get a lot of fame if the fanfiction based on the characters is starred by the actors who portray the characters. As a book reader I know a lot of other book readers get emotionally involved with their characters, it's a bond nobody else can explain and I know other book readers will understand me, this story not only created an emotional connection with me and them but millions upon millions of girls boys teens and adults feel that same emotional connection with the story and it's characters and let's be real; If 50 shades of grey can become a movie so can Twist and shout.
