I grew up.

I took a road trip to Montgomery to get an affirmative answer of yes or no. Years of obsession came to an end when I was told no, it will not happen. I was given multiple good answers as to why, such as state/federal ties, military, social security, FEMA, & more. On paper, it sounds great, but practicality says it's nearly impossible.

If the great conservative state of Alabama says no, then this movement just will not happen. I'm still for the Southern cause, but there will be no secession, & it's time I moved on.

I'm now closing the petition. Not like it was gonna go anywhere...
