Aotearoa/New Zealand rates poorly internationally in its levels of child abuse and domestic violence.  There are also considered to be approximately 260,000 children living in households "below the poverty line" (using 60% of median household income as the poverty line).This number of children is more than 5 times a capacity crowd at Eden Park. Every child deserves a positive start. A poor start impacts us all. Political will needs the backing of community will.  Please support the Children's Plea.
