My kids love to eat their small Happy Meals as a treat on Saturdays and on other occasions when we go out but the pointless, plastic toys that come with the meal go straight to landfill every time - guaranteed.  I ask for no toys but regularly get them anyway.  Supermarkets are getting rid of single use plastic bags.  McDonalds themselves are about to consider getting rid of single use plastic straws.  It’s time to ditch the useless, wasteful, Happy Meal toys. Please.  Our kids really don’t want or need them.
