Who Officially owns the rights to the Friday the 13th Fanchise?

I've been researching and it looks to have swapped between Paramount and Warner Bros. and now it looks to be going back to warner bros. very confusing, so I'm mailing this petition (when this gets enough signatures) to both Warner and Paramount. Please share and spread the word F13 FANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
