‘I can only think there was always a person in middle of us during our lovable moments. The very much thought is killing and pulling me to HELL’ he said with mere anger and at the same time with heart full of pain.

He is in his late 20s. Until last year, his life was no special and I never thought I would be penning his story like this. Read through the full story. More than awareness to men, this is a BIG request to women out there who are similar to his WIFE.

Everything was smooth until she has been fixed to enter his Life. He was practicing on how he would start his talks with her. He was thinking of moments to impress her. This was his first call to her.

“Hey. How are you?” he asked.

“Good” She said.

“Had Lunch?”

“Yea” She said a word again. The replies made him forget what he was prepared for. He was expecting some-kind of excitement in the conversations which was nowhere to be found.

“Then?” he put an open-ended question. There was a pause for an answer.

“Hey. I am kind of busy now. Can we catch up later?” She said in a hurry and he agreed to it. He was smiling at himself on how his first conversation ended up. He thought he would require more of a practice.

“From the next time, I should ask - Are you free now?” he thought to himself. Days went on, and the conversations were never too good. He got used to it with the thought that this is her Character and with the hope that life after marriage would be interesting and they will have more to speak and understand.

And there it is – It’s their BIG day. And hours later with all wishes around, they are MARRIED. He was excited. Not just excited, he is TOO MUCH EXCITED about his new life.

He got a wife now. More than that, he got a friend for life now. There are more things to share, more to understand, more to give. He was thrilled about their first kiss, first hug, the world being her everything – he was practicing moments to propose her and embarrass her with his love.

There were speculated dreams overcoming through his mind. The dreams are as small as long drive along the coast and as big as buying an own house for her. He was thinking about fulfilling all her wishes and being supportive throughout the life. But he never thought, her wish would be something he could never think off.

It was their honeymoon week. He is excited as he is always used to be. They boarded flight and reached their dream destination. Travel to hotel, necessary check-ins are all done. As soon as checkin is done, she went to sleep as she was fully tired because of travel.

But he isn’t feeling sleepy and he is enjoying his moments with her. He watched her cuteness, while she sleeps and said ‘Love you’ in a husky-tone.

He heard a beep from her phone. He took it and it was just an advertisement message. He thought he would while away some time with her mobile. He unlocked the phone with PIN number which he saw when she was typing sometime back.

He opened gallery and was seeing through the pics they took out. And there were photos where they even kissed too. He was smiling at the photo and he turned to her and kissed again in air. One by one – then crosses their marriage photo. And he was remembering the BIG day again. And then comes the photo – again a kissing one, but this time, instead of him it is some other man who is kissing his wife. He was shocked and tears started rolling from his eyes.

He then opened her emails and conversations. As soon as he read a few, he ran to the washroom and was vomiting out. Whatever he read or seen through, shouldn’t be true is what his mind says, again and again. He comes back, with trembling hands, he took the mobile and read through it again.

No. It is true. Whatever his mind was wishing for – didn’t happen. Every line he read earlier remains the same. Everything he saw earlier, remained the same. Everything! Everything! Pictures and videos of her being close to some other man over the conversations. And the last message she had sent to the person is an hour back – as soon as they entered the hotel.

She: Reached Hotel. Missing you!

Other Person: Miss you too darling. I am always with you, hugging closely.

She had even shared the pictures she took with him to the other person. She had explained everything to this person on how her husband dealt with her – starting from kiss and the moments in bed.

“The other person is in his mid 30s. He is already married and a father of two. They are in relationship for almost a decade now and they had been physically intimate many a times. She had agreed for marriage only for namesake and she wished to continue the earlier relationship even after marriage”

After reading all through that, he was thinking only one thing – ‘WHY ME?’

“She could have rejected me when we saw first. Or she could have explained it to me when I called her many times on phone. Or moments before our marriage” he said with tears rolling out.

He was awake the whole night. And he was backing up the conversations to his mobile. The next day he informed his parents and planned to return home citing his mom’s sudden health issue. As soon as they returned, she was surprised to see her parents as well at home.
He explained the things that he got to know and said he can’t be living with her anymore. To his ultimate shock, what he came to know is more back stabbing - Her parents were already aware of her affair and they thought after marriage everything will settle down.

Again in his mind - ‘WHY ME!?’.

He could do nothing. His dreams, his wishes, his love – everything was fading away in front of his eyes. He wanted to cry out load. He wanted to run endlessly. He wanted to shout high until his throat dried off completely. He could do nothing.

Its been over a year since the incident happened. Their Divorce case is yet to be heard in the court inspite of him having all the evidences to prove her deceptive intentions. To make life more miserable, she also made a domestic violence complaint against him. She is just dragging the case endlessly by being irregular to the court hearings. The case is stuck without any movement since it was filed. What is more surprising is, after her wrong doings which can easily be proved by the evidences – she is now asking for huge money to accept divorce in mutual agreement. This further proves her intentions behind the marriage.

He isn’t able to focus on his Job. He couldn’t be as happy as his friends are. No friends gathering. No family function. Everywhere he goes, they ask about his ex-wife and the memories are haunting him. He could only get rid of her, once the divorce is granted – but because of the flaws in the judiciary, which is always favourable to women no matter whose fault it is, the trial in the case is yet to commence.

“Chill out bro. Move ahead. Think her as passing cloud. Even she isn’t worried too much, why do you do?” suggestions he is been hearing over the months. Still --- The pain is something unbearable and only known to him. At least the divorce would have helped him move on, but considering the current situation his life looks to remain miserable atleast for years now.

“I can’t make up my mind and move on. The days before my marriage and my dreams about my life with her, is haunting me. The pending divorce case is bringing the HELL back to me. More than anything, the thought of how foolish I was in her eyes is still paining me” he said even after months, tears rolling out from his eyes.

Girls out there – Its up to you, to decide how you want to live or whom to be with. But please bear in mind that boys have dreams too and they have tons of wishes for their future wife. Don’t kill their future for your selfishness.
