Increasing noise all around is a menace to all. It's stealing our productivity, mental peace, right to a decent living and right to privacy.

The Supreme Court guidelines laying ban on loud music from 10pm to 6am are rarely obeyed. And even if they are, then can someone explain that why to tolerate loud music before 10 pm or after 6am, when too people can work efficiently.

Student's school HW or our Office HW is preferably done after reaching home, of course before 10 pm.

We too have right to #DeclineToHear under Right to Privacy.

For thousands of marriages, lakhs of birthdays and hundreds of festivals in an year, 24×7 hours celebrations are also not sufficient. Then where comes the point of ban time and allowed time.

It's my time and my planning for a sound (or soundless) sleep, silent meditation, focussed study ! The aim should be not to disturb anyone else.

This is the need of time with exponentially increasing population and show-off business.
