Our cases of our murdered loved ones, have fallen on deaf ears. In a small community of less than 20k, Arvin, CA, there are approximately 7 unsolved cases. We have gone through 3 different Chief of Police's, the one before this new one was put on a Brady list, disgraced fallen officer, who treated our family as though we were wasting his time. We have gone through at least 5 different detectives who made false promises. We want Justice & we want answers. But most of all we want those responsible for our murdered loved ones to be held accountable, their has been enough blood shed in a small community, some arrests were made in some of these cases but these criminals were released to commit more crimes. We had multiple peaceful rallies with media coverage, but now these cases are becoming "cold cases", & no one wants to cover our cases. I spoke with the new Chief of Police yesterday, Eddie Brock, & I was told he would get back with us when he was ready to speak to us. We need someone in office that really is committed in trying to solve our cases, someone who sincerely cares. These criminals get to live their lives while we are still trying to go on with life the best way we can without our loved ones. My health has severly been impacted from the PTSD involving the case of my murdered nephew's case. He was only 21 when his life was brutally taken. His name is Ismael Armondo Gutierrez, Jr. We will be his voice fighting for Justice. Please sign this petition. We miss my nephew every single day, he did not deserve to be taken in such a brutal manner. He was fun loving. He was a shift supervisor at KFC. He was well loved there, & they were very supportive in his endeavors to achieve higher goals, he was going to receive his HS diploma the day after his murder. He boxed up left over food at the end of his shift to feed the homeless. The day they held the vigil at his workplace there was not one dry eye. We still mourn his death. We all feel a gaping hole in our hearts. Please help our families get Justice for our murdered loved ones. We are their voices. From a grieving aunt. We are one of five different families who have lost loved ones in close vicinity of the other murdered victims. We know all of these crimes are related, but why haven't any of those in authority been able to re-interview witnesses. We have asked multiple times but it's a vicious cycle of unanswered questions.
