Happy New Year, everyone! Thank you again for taking the initiative these last few months to make your voice heard. It's definitely having an impact. We need to keep it up in 2016; I certainly plan to. Some of you emailed me privately about getting involved in Belmont Harbor Neighbors Association. Robin Cook, a neighbor of ours, informed me that it in fact launched in November. This is great news. Robin asked that I join the board of BHN, which I plan to do. I have not seen a schedule of meetings for 2016 and some of my emails to the group have gone unanswered. I will be sure to let everyone know when the next gathering is and where you can find the info. Separately, I intend to continue to meet monthly with the Alderman's office. This is part of holding them accountable. If you have any issues that need to be addressed, I would be happy to be your voice in these meetings. Please just email specifics.
