This is important because in the State of Alabama, Domestic Court Judges are allowed to run each term without competition because the attorneys who would run against them are too afraid because they know that they will lose every case going forward in that Judges courtroom! (This came straight out of those attorneys mouths).  Family court Judges are allowed too much discretion and are able to form biased opinions and become gender bias after a period of time and tend to disregard the law because they know that they can get away with it.  They are also able to show favortism and bias to certain attorneys in which they have formed lifetime friendships.  They are allowed to ruin a relationship between a parent and child/children because they have the ability to keep them apart or make life extremely difficult for as long as they in office which can be over 20 years. Because we should not allow such corruption to take place and everyone is Alabama (namely Mobile, Alabama) knows just how bad corruption is in Mobile County Domestic Court!  Because our children and what is best for them should mean more to us then allowing the government to tell us when we can and cannot see our own children.  Because the government should not dictate what is best for your child, when you and your ex have agreed otherwise!  Stop Corruption and LIMIT the term to 2 years MAX!  STOP CORRUPTION in Alabama!!!!!
