Jason Masvero’s response

As the managing director of Houston-based Memorial Heights Emergency Center, I want to personally thank everyone who shared their comments and concerns related to one of our billboards. Our management team and staff have the utmost respect for all patients and healthcare professionals.

The original intention of the message and images in this billboard was to highlight our competent, friendly health care professionals and low wait times. The question we were asking consumers was this: Would you rather be staring at the time passing slowly away or being evaluated by a welcoming and experienced healthcare professional.

Our billboard is in the process of being modified to address these comments and concerns.

Additionally, I am addressing comments and concerns related to the skill level of health care professionals that are recruited and hired by Memorial Heights Emergency Center.
