We have taken note of the petition started by you on Change.org. It is great to know about your association with us since childhood.

We agree with you when you say, single-use plastic boasts of largely contributing towards the ecological imbalance, leading to impending natural calamities.

We as a national carrier, share this responsibility to align with India’s ambitious plan on phasing out single-use plastics. We will work out an action-plan in due course.

We at Air India are committed to reduce carbon emission, reduce noise and other pollution, reduce fuel consumption, reduce consumption of natural resources. One of our key goals remains to protect the environment.
