Penalty in this case...Driver not held accountable!!!

Update: The driver who killed Aiden due to her negligent actions only received a ticket with a $145 fine and required to complete a driver safety course. This is NOT justice for my son's life. We are proceeding forward, collecting stories to take to our Texas lawmakers. If you live in Texas and lost someone you love in a similar way, please email me your story.
