Planning application live and open for objections

Dear petition signers,

A lovely and educated human has written this fantastic document detailing objections to the proposal. There are 22 categories and they have ranked them in order, from those most likely to succeed, through to those least likely to succeed, based on current planning regulations.  There are multiple example objections for each category so that people can choose the issues that are important to them.  The author notes to feel free to reword the examples as you see fit for what you believe.
