St. Huberts has a history of killing Newark dogs.  They rescued them then killed them including dogs that went on adoption events.  For a year they picked up Newark strays and there was no transparency and have no idea what happened to these dogs. They are not the people to evaluate dogs in an inner city shelter.  There system is outdated and will have many dogs in Newarks care die.
