Dear supporters, as we move forward with the class action against Agropartnerships to recover our investments, I would like to invite signatories (and non-signatories) of this petition who have invested in Agropartnerships but are being owed their payouts and who would like to be named as parties to the class action suit to indicate their interest in joining me.

Criteria to join the class action:

1. You must be an investor in at least one of Agropartnerships cycles.

2. You are being owed payment of invested capital and/or interest on a matured investment cycle.

3. Your unpaid matured investment cycle (State amount being owed) 

4. Your request for withdrawal (and response from agropartnerships). Preferable to pdf email trail between you and agropartnerships.

Please note that your name must match the name in your investment certificate.

The class action will have both a civil (suit at the High Court) and a criminal  (petition to EFCC) aspect. Please indicate if you want to join either or both.

By agreeing to join the class action, you agree to let the information you have provided to be shared with third parties such as the EFCC, the legal team filing the suit etc. Your information will not be used for any other purpose other than the class action against Agropartnerships.

A zoom meeting invitation will be sent at a later date to the people that have indicated an interested to join the class action.
