As a result of the outcry and pressure from investors like you and I, on Wednesday 19-Jan-2022, the co-CEOs held a zoom meeting with investors to address the current state of nonpayment of investors monies (capital and interest). It worthy to note that since the inception of Agropartnerships in 2012, the co-CEOs have never had a meeting with investors whose money they were happy to take nevertheless. Your pressure, vigilance and agitation is changing that narrative.

Another thing to note was that both co-CEOs joined the zoom meeting from the comfort of their homes and not from the agropartnerships office. Is this a sign? Why didn't they join from the office? Is their office indeed closed as reported in the media?

As for the meeting itself, live questions were not permitted. The answers provided by the co-CEOs did not instill confidence or trust. They could not provide a plan for payments, dates for payment nor were they credible as to the reason for the current state of affairs. They asked investors to believe in them but could not answer the question put forth by the moderator as to why investors should trust them. In a nutshell, the meeting was a complete waste of time because the primary question on the mouth of every investor... "when will I get paid? "...was not answered and could not be answered.

Since that zoom meeting, two more cycles; sweet potato 08 and food valley; have come due for quarterly interest payout without payment.

They plan to hold another zoom meeting on 18-Feb-2022. What should we expect? Will they declare bankruptcy? What will they have to say one month from now that they could not say at meeting of 19-Jan-2022?

It turned out that some investors were not invited for the meeting. Why is Agropartnerships selecting who to invite for an online investor meeting when they did not discriminate accepting people's money? The investor who has one unit has as much right to be in an investor meeting as the investors with a million units.

Keep sharing this petition to impacted agropartnerships investors, get them to sign and let's keep up the pressure and agitation.
