We, a group of African youth gathered during the 2nd Pan African Youth Forum at the AU Headquarters in Addis Ababa, invite the young africans and african organizations in Africa and the diaspora to sign this declaration in order to launch the AFRICAN YOUTH ASSEMBLY, a decision making body that serves as a platform for young people at the African Union Commission under the leadership of the Office of the AU Youth Envoy.
