Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has recently published their new vacancy advertisement. And although the eligible group for the position of 'Airworthiness Inspector' is Aeronautical Engineers (as mentioned in the advertisement), they have also made engineers from other different fields eligible for the same field. This also goes against CAAN's own Employee Regulation and Service Rules. It goes without saying that engineers from different fields have unique skills & speciality; and cannot substitute for each other. CAAN must republish the advertisement correctly.
