**Dear Supporters,**
Thank you for standing with us. Because of your voices, we are narrowing our focus to a specific, life-changing goal. We are no longer just asking for a "chance" at a hearing—we are demanding **Time Served** for those who have reached the 30 plus -year milestone.
**The Reality: 30 Years is a Lifetime**
Science and modern law (like Missouri’s **SB 582**) are finally recognizing a simple truth: the 18-year-old brain is not the same as the 49-year-old brain. Our loved one has spent **31 years** behind bars. He has served his time, proved his reform, and completed his debt to society.
**Our New Demand:**
We are calling on the Governor and the Missouri Legislature to grant **automatic release for Time Served** for individuals who:
* Were sentenced between the ages of **18 and 21**.
* Have served **30 or more consecutive years**.
* Have a documented record of rehabilitation and community support.
**Why "Time Served"?**
Waiting for a parole board can take years of red tape. But after 30 years, the punishment has crossed the line into "Manifest Injustice." We are asking the state to acknowledge that for a teenager, 30 years isn't just a sentence—it's an entire lifetime.
What you can do today:
Share this update. Tell people that 30 plus years in prison is enough.
Tag Missouri Leaders. Let them know that we support the 30 year rule for "Emerging Adults"
Justice shouldn't just be an "opportunity"—it should be a reality. Let’s bring him home.
**With gratitude,**
